Blend the vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs. They also can be put in a sealable bag and crushed with a masher or rolling pin.
Pour crushed vanilla sandwich cookies and chopped BRACH’S® Candy Corn into a bowl and add cream cheese. Mix with a stand or hand mixer on low speed until well combined.
Scoop mixture out about 1 tablespoon at a time and form into 1 inch balls then align on prepared cookie sheet. Place truffles in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Melt candy melts according to directions on package.
Remove truffles from refrigerator and dip in melted candy melts. Roll around until completely covered and then remove and place on wax paper.
Immediately press a whole Candy Corn piece into the top of truffle and allow coating to set. Alternatively, you can use a second color of candy melt to drizzle decoration before pressing in whole Candy Corn.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
